Cocktail Is
I pass this tavern on my way home from work every day. They just got this new sign a few weeks ago. I figure it must mean that some person or thing named Cocktail owns breakfast during the hours posted or that the bartender serves a single cocktail called Breakfast as a two-dollar special for all the morning customers to share.
