I suppose you could rationalize this by saying that this area of the parking lot belongs only to someone named Taxi…but that’s a long shot.

For Mocha’s what? Apparently the cocoa is non dairy, but there’s not a clear indication as to what it is to be used for. Maybe it’s for Mocha’s coffee?
We’ll never know.
I found your blog via Rachel Lucas. This sign may be found in a dump in Bartow County, Ga. It has a backwards “N” and lack of past participle too!
I guess one could argue that the apostrophe is there to show the omission of the “e” in “boxes”, but… come on.
