The spare apostrophe is loose in Keynsham again

This sign appears every year in the window of a shop called “Car Bitz” in Keynsham, near Bristol.

I wonder if the owner is any relation to the Bra Shop owner?

I keep on seeing this truck drive through Times Square for both delivery and publicity purposes. I cringe each time thinking about the approval process this may have vetted through the ranks, and nobody knew how to correctly spell wasn’t.
