This was taken in Manchester, England, which lately has become a home for stray apostrophes. The need for food to sport possessive apostrophes near other food suggests a form of encroaching nutrient cannibalism.

  1. It’s the inconsistency of signs like this that gets me. How did anyone decide to put apostrophes in these two words but not in any of the others? How?!
