I decided to finally talk to the manager about the signage errors the other week and I pointed out this one as an example.
Her answer…. (you really wont believe this)
“We always put a comma with an ‘s’ ”

Whiteley’s is a family run local garden centre, but I always make sure I have my camera ready when I go as I am garunteed to find a sign or two with mis-used apostrophes or dreadful spelling and grammar.
