Could possibly mean “Cupcake Vodka is $15.99.”
Vodka is = Vodka’s ?
It seems to be a note to save an item for someone named Cup Cake Vodka, perhaps if she can be persuaded to save $2.00.
I doubt that’s what they meant, especially since they couldn’t even get “cup cake” correct! It’s right there on the bottle!
