Chad spotted this on the menu at a sushi place near the University of Richmond, and writes:

May be a legal apostrophe — if the restaurant belongs to Martini, that is. If it is a list of martinis the restaurant serves, then it's just another dumb misuse.

I have to say, there is also some font abuse happening here.

I think they stole the apostrophe that actually belongs in Maker's Mark and moved it to the Martini. Not nice.
