This is the front page of the drink menu at Sidetrack Grill in Ypsilanti, MI. Their burgers are some of the best in the country (says GQ and Oprah's Best Friend Gail King), but their grammar could use some work.
Links and visuals illustrating an orthographic pet peeve.

Melissa took this photo in a Phoenix, AZ restaurant and remarks:
"Kid's" appears twice on this ad. At least they were consistent!

I took these pictures at work. I would like to know who "Fudge a-roo" is and why these cookies are his.

The first image is from a Friday's restaurant in the Chicago airport, the second is from the Capital City Brewery in Washongton, D.C. What is it about martinis and apostrophe abuse?

Just found this one - you can see "Sale's" is misspelled, and the 2-digit years have apostrophes behind them instead of in front.

On a recent visit to the town of Nafplio, the old capital of Greece, I was pleased to find that apostrophe abuse reached well back into the last century and was featured prominently in the city's port buildings, welcoming everyone to Mr. Custom's house.

I found this sign posted at a gas station somewhere in Missouri. I'm not sure if the yard owns something or if it's a contraction...
Either way, I had to take a picture while the locals glared at me.

Jennifer took the photo below in Imperial, VA PA.
I don't understand why one group gets a free apostrophe and the other doesn't...

Here’s a submission for you. I shot this picture outside of Honda of Cookeville, a motorcycle shop. It’s been there for years, but I’m not aware of it having appeared online.

I just found your blog and was temporarily crushed as the shop that's infuriated me for years has finally closed down and I can't take a photo.

Perhaps the business license is held by Mr. Glamorous Look. (Sounds like a professional wrestler.) Note that only one woman is allowed inside at a time.

I own a sign business, and had designed the signage for this store. They took my design proof to another sign company, where, it turned out, their money actually bought them LESS.

Allison writes about a sign she spotted in a mall in Visalia, CA:
I tried to explain that I felt this sign to be atrocious on several levels, but they just looked at me like I had two heads. In retaliation, I had my little brother snap a picture on our way out. My favorite part is that "you're" is spelled wrong on top of being misused, and not to mention the extra apostrophe in "balloons".
