Restaurant menus should probably be a category all to themselves. I've never seen a menu without at least one apostrophe abuse.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's was Entree's. Then I would think they meant for the ' to symbolize an accent. But after the s, it's weird.

Being a micro-brewery, I can only assume that is a roaming, drunk apostrophe with a BAAC (bad apostrophe alcohol content) of 0.45%, not responsible for its own actions.
