		<description>maybe it&#039;s from a more casual sign company that doesn&#039;t beat around the bush using full words like &#039;is&#039;, since technically it is correct to use a signage phrase &#039;hardhat is required&#039; so saying, &#039;hardhat&#039;s required&#039; is perfectly acceptable.</description>
