Maybe there’s just an extra linebreak in there and the appetizer is “Nacho’s Artichoke Dip”.

The saddest part is that Chips-n-Salsa would be better spelled Chips ‘n Salsa

If those belong to Nacho, better make sure no one buys them. I mean “buy’s” them.
