Shouldn’t you blur out some or all of the phone number?
What kind of idiot investor would put up his only $94k to buy a house? Shouldn’t he diversify or wait until he has a little more so he’ll have money left after he makes the purchase?
You can’t buy an “investor” for $94K, according to this. You can buy an “investor’s only” for $94K. I think it must be some sort of euphemism, this “only.” Dirty dirty investors!
