The Ferry Inn sign is especially interesting, containing not only apostrophe abuse, but also punctuation errors and misuse of capital letters. I was most surprised at the correct use of ‘its’ near the end.

That completely erroneous comma after Inn in the second one is annoying me just thinking about!
