Is that better or worse than "potatoes?"
I know it probably wasn't their intention, but isn't it valid use of an apostrophe to omit letters?Also, it's corned beef.
When in doubt as to whether or not an "e" is required to create a plural, use a small, indistinct apostrophe.Apparently it's better to abuse an apostrophe than to misspell a plural. Thanks, Dan Quayle!
