What makes it funny for me is the mix of correct and incorrect apostrophes — including one that’s not even on a plural word — along with some inexplicable capitalization.

What about the unnecessary parentheses and underlining in the second paragraph? Traditional underlining should never be used if italics and boldfacing is available, and the parentheses around the underline italic text is just stranger than bizarre.
